Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire
What I learned is that Fred danced with Ginger because he was wanting to marry her and he didn't know how to ask her so he danced and sang to her to capture her attention. They also danced to the beat of the music so that they could do a good performance for there audience. Its smooth classic music and maybe its a love song. I think its trying to say that you can fall in love with someone when you look into there eyes.
It interesting that you focused on the story the dance is telling. I think you are right, that the scene is all about love! For a couple more points, you could try to mention how the clip uses a few of the elements of dance we learned about in the lesson, like force and space.
